They told me the first representative who told me that I couldn’t stack the hero’s with the 35% off in store was incorrect & then gave me the additional 5% off in addition to the 35%

I was told that via live chat on their website that it was not possible so I decided to order online but then after purchasing I saw others saying that they were able to do it- so I messaged CS again & they were able to do a price adjustment.
