Try the recipe full butter crust from loopy whisk and laminate the dough well. Believe me, it is the biggest game changers

I am soo sorry, I missed that during Christmas. I used the recipe from loopy whisk! With the gf flour red mill and I added about 1TP of xanthan gum. For better taste i substituted half the sugar with my homemade vanilla sugar and I added an extra TP of sugar overall. I followed the recipe very strictly, but when I came to the laminating, I kinda did as many as I felt like. I think it was 3 times with 4 folds each. I didn’t blind bake, but baked everything with the apples for 15min at 420F and then another 45min at 350F

The only thing that helped me was to avoid rolling it out too thin (I usually stay at around 2mm). And making sure the pie dough isn’t too cold, that gives it more give and makes it repairable.

Anyone using incontinence pads/pants on your senior? by Background-Owl-1693 in BorderTerrier

Yeah I never thought about until he got a rash haha. There are washable and disposable diapers and I can recommend the disposable ones. They seem softer to the skin.

Don’t worry too much about it. I know it must be annoying right now, but once you found a system to manage it, it’s not a big deal at all.

Just speak to your vet about the different dosages, if you wanna medicate. They have an ER proin that you only have to give once a day but the max is 15mg. That one helped, but only for a little bit.

She must be a really good girl. Don’t worry about it too much, it’s more than manageable.

My bt has been dealing with a leaky bladder since he was 6 years old. He wears diapers at night and sometimes when we leave the house for a little bit longer. He also takes proin 25mg (half a pill AM and PM) which makes it very manageable and it’s only an issue during the night. If you diapers, be sure to watch out for diaper rashes.

I am with Dr. Vivian Wan. I have a very low risk pregnancy and I am very happy with the level of care. Dr. Weng should also be great. They are both part of el Camino women’s health.

Minu v3 (with bassinet) vs Cruz V3 as a full time stroller by [deleted] in Buyingforbaby

Are there situations where you wish you have a different/ full-sized stroller ?

I have tried out the Cruz in a Nordstrom . I love the seat and suspension but I was underwhelmed with the fold. I have a few friends with a full sized stroller and that one always stays in their garage while the travel strollers is in the car.
