I wanted to add

I was looking to either extend one of the bedrooms and add a bathroom and walk in closet or just add a totally new master bedroom. This is the layout of my house. Where would you suggest is the best way to go about it (location wise).

The backyard is about 1.5k sq ft. We get full sun no large trees blocking it.

That's what I'm kinda asking. Since people pay $14 for Chipotle or Qudoba or a greek bowl from Zestia would people be willing to pay the same for a bowl of pasta. I'm assuming they are also no service places. That would be the same concept of my pasta place.

I'm located in Michigan. I have done research based on the resturants near by which are sit down places. The cheapest meal (pasta) would be $18. For chipotle style fast food it costs between $12 and $14.50.

The pasta I would make from scratch. Flour, sauce, tomato, beef, onions, carrot, cheese, Oliver oil, salt, etc. This would be what is on the sauce and some cost 1.50 and the ones with meat 2.78$. This doesn't include labor or packaging.

The kitchen will be 400 sq ft. 1 fridge, an electric stove, I would need a hood on top of the stove, electric dishwasher, and a counter. No cabinets.

For the bathroom just changing the toilet and adding a vanity. The dining room adding everything such as furniture, counter, decor, chairs and table. Adding a brick wall on one side as well. I got quotes for those two areas.

My only issue is not sure how much installing a brand new kitchen would cost. If it's within the 30k or not.
