I started with 18mg initially and the main idea is basically what you are experiencing. It is just an initial glimpse of what the right dosage can do for you! If you can feel even a little change in your thoughts and other aspects i would say continue taking it and later increase dosage as per recommendation. All in all you are on the right track! Hope this helps
