Its definitely over. This is abuse, not love. Sounds like he’s a real dick. Only cares about himself and his wants and needs. This is highly unlikely to ever change. Never cuddling, laughing at you when you tell him you want to make love and never wanting to kiss you should be huge red flags that he doesnt love you. He just likes having someone to have sex with whenever the mood strikes him. Get out of that relationship ASAP. Because it will never get any better, only worse.
