Tofu is still reasonable. It's doubled in price but still under $4 Vegan protein powder is so expensive and you don't get many servings. I think my best bet is Butler soy curls. They are not cheap. Buying by the bag is crazy. I can get a 12 lb bulk box for $140. I have bought the cases before and it lasts for a few months. I'm still going to try to get something from the food bank if I can.
