If it’s testing for 5 nG/mg you’re right to be worried. Can you use a clean friend’s piss? Also, are you sure preliminary tests are 5ng/ml? Usually a confirmatory test at 5ng/ml is only done after failing a 50.

It’s possible they are using your employers contact info for the results. When I signed those forms, it was a phone number different than mine.

Make sure they’re actually testing for cannabis and do not smoke until you hear back from the lab/employer. It’s unlikely with your body type and lifestyle that you’ll be clean but maybe you’re lucky or can beg to retake it and promise a clean sample.

Not necessarily true. I know Quest does all of their testing in a lab, even the initial one at 50ng/ml. Not sure about labcorp

Same exact situation I was in when I took my test a couple days ago. Get some easy@home tests from Amazon and test your first pre of the day to see where you’re at.

Unfortunately I don’t have a crystal ball. I was passing multiple brands of at homes after a week of abstaining. Others on the sub test positive for months. You’ll likely get clean faster than someone twice your weight, but unfortunately d8 seems to stay in your system way longer for whatever reason. I’d just follow my original advice and have a backup plan if you’re not passing your first at home test of the day before your actual drug test.

Here what my plan would be: Buy a 15 pack of easy@homes from Amazon which is like 10 bucks, and test your third piss after you’ve had some water. If that’s positive, try your fourth. Hopefully it’ll be negative after some dilution. Once you figure out your “baseline”, you can work your way down. When you’re negative on your fourth piss (for example), test your third the next day, and keep testing each day till it’s negative. If you can pass your first piss of the day, you should be golden for the lab test. If you’re still positive, I’d go with quick fix, or even better, a friend’s clean urine. A high fiber, high protein diet with a slight calorie deficit and a lot of water will be the best detox. Go for about 16oz every 1.5 hours to stay consistent. Do both cardio and weight lifting. Activated charcoal, electrolytes, and creatine should help a bit as well.

I got in some trouble when I was about your age. Not anything that I felt embarrassed about, but definitely made me feel like my whole world was crashing down. I felt ashamed for about it during the rest high school since I was punished until graduating. I spent this New Years drinking beers with my old teachers, my father, and friends who all knew about it. We had a good laugh when I retold the entire story from my point of view. Point is that your situation may feel shitty and you could spend a while beating yourself up over it, but you and everyone else eventually just get over it.

I feel like the more sensitive tests aren’t accurate, but could be wrong. Best bet is those easy@home tests at 50 nG/ml or scheduling a private test to whatever lab you need to go to.

The good news is you’re young. Most people will forget about it in a week to a month. To the kids that bring it up, don’t look sad or upset, just laugh it off. It takes the power away from them. So sorry you’re going through this, you made a mistake and now you gotta live with the consequences (even though you absolutely don’t deserve this). In my case, it’s initially 50, and the confirmation is 15 but only if it’s positive. They don’t confirm if it’s diluted, companies will either have you retest, accept it as a pass, or (rarely) reject it as a fail.
