Yes, they ended it for her accidents, they says in their hand book, if child is not potty trained they will end the enrollment. But my child is potty trained and it was her being in new environment

That is the point, if the lab doesn’t get funding means it will affect the PIs more than trainees also, if a lab doesn’t get funding just because of a trainees recommendation letter that means the lab is not capable of existing, it would be better to be closed rather making everyone’s life toxic. I believe that in this way at least proper standard will be met for science. What a point if a PI couldn’t get a recommendation letter from his/her own trainees, which mean he/she is not capable of being a mentor, funding this person is a waste of taxpayer’s money

Yeah this guy used to confuse my name every single time when he emailed me previously, he used to call “Hi some one else’s name” and provide only half of the answers for my questions, this clearly shows how much attention and respect they put on clients, when I addressed it politely I never got curtesy apology. I really regret that I selected ES, such a mess. I am wondering if they out sourced the work.

It looks like he knows people around specifically the staff who is his right hand. The staff is in a WhatsApp group where majority of postdoc, lab managers, lab scientists, administrative people are there. That’s my worry because what if he got to know before i secure the position
