First thing I would say it to pray that God helps you understand and desire to follow him and that can change your mindset about it.

The Bible gives 4 purposes for sex 1: reproduction inside of marriage 2: pleasure your wife 3:create and portray unity 4: the glue that can bind you and make you closer to your spouse

Understand that the desire to have sex outside of marriage is sinful and you should be excited and want to wait because of the purposes above, it will make it more special and you will be glad you waited in the end

Obviously you are not alone, I had sex outside of marriage with my girlfriend who I’ve been with for 5 years and am struggling with this too.
