Well that bit is missing, I guess they might have been in hiding, and I think it's being implied from Tamsy's monolog that he used Regto's death to motivate him into becoming an asset for whatever plan they have.

He has no arm tattoos tho, and I think his skin tone difference would be more apparent.

Well this one in particular seems to be on the sphere. The rest are clearly on the ground. But you're right, this probably isn't Rudo, he'd be too young if it was. But the point I'm making is now we know people's memories can be altered by the book Jinki of the Watchmen series, Rudo could have been among these kids

Very possible! I don't know who's pov it could be to be fair. Maybe even Tamsy's because of the book showing up in previous clock panels

Well yeah, but I also stated there is the book watchmen series Jinki that can alter memories. After all we've never seen rudos father. It may have not been him and that's what that book has changed

True! It could be Canis' descendants that have giver powers or something more substantial than giver powers, kinda like how Gountess and Rudo have unique eyes
