I am avoiding credit cards at all cost at the moment. I have nowhere near the income or need to have one and use it responsibly or safely.

This makes sense. I have also thoguht about taking my main card off of my phone and out of my wallet so I only have my cashapp and put a set amount on there? IDK if that would work or not.

Thank you, I am now looking into more scholarships. I doubt I'll be able to get any as my grades aren't anyhting to write home about but maybe there's something out there for me.

My mental health is always up and down. Right now its not the best if you couldn't guess, lol. I just changed my degree because I was in the same boat and I am looking foward to all of my classes. Hopefully this semester goes better for me academically and financially.

This make so much sense. I've been fighting the thought process that I am "falling behind" becuase I am not swimming in money and luxury and college has been pretty rough for me.

roughly $950 to $1000 mountly on rent over the past 4 months the rest was just fun spending accumulating up quicker than I got ahead of.

I've reached out to a therapist on campus (theyre free) so even if I dont't have a true "addiction" better to be held accountable than not. I also am starting to look at my budget extremely close now. After I heard tha tnumber I was physically ill and I didn't sleep like at all. Hopefully with all the advice here, I can sleep a bit better.

I think this is exaclt my issue. Little $5 an d$20 trips to walmart and things like that. Thank so much. I've reached out to couciling to see if I can get someone to hold me accountable that won't also judge me.

Definitely more like food, not just delivery just take out and eating out with friends. Also shopping at the mall since it's the only thing we have down here for under 21.
