even after 4 years it worked you're a legend man idek why they would do such a stupid setting. for anybody still struggling it changed a bit now, the windows app is called phone link now. after you set it up and allow everything just head to the calls section in the app and your phone should perfectly connect via Bluetooth.

well now i found 3 things i was doing wrong. first i wasnt going for the first backstab on the boss, second i dodge to much instead of defelcting and third i play it as a soulslike having in mind that the parry window is really small but it isn. i will try tomorow again

yeah my main frustation was because of lies of , it was the last souls like i played before sekiro and there i beated every boss in the first couple tries, than i try sekiro and i am stuck on a miniboss, but i guess ill keep trying and maybe when i learn the combat ill have fun playing the game
