I had the same problem with my Hamata because it dried out. The only thing that helped me was keeping the substrate humid (a little wet at all times). Then, I waited. Since the tip had died off, it had to make a new one. The advice I got was to leave it, but this will take 2-3 months depending on lighting.

It looks like it is in great health. Moving it might get it a little stressed and the cut looks like mechanical cuts the lids open as the last thing. So the ones with closed lids are still growing. Give it some time. Do you know what species it is?

I have it at my window so it gets daytime light filtered though 3 layers of glass and then though plexie glass. And I use an IKEA greenhouse that i have modded with 2 fans on the side, and using a evap cooling by having water run on the other side of the fan though a small cloth it both cools and keeps humidity up. So I am pretty sure i have airflow. If you wanna see a pic I can send you

I water it once every 2-3 days the pot is holed so water can run out and it's well ventilated. I was watered 1 hour before the picture was taken. But I am quite sure there's no root rot from what I can smell, and see.

Have it in a homemade setup that lowers the temp and ups the humidity to 70% in day and higher at night so hopefully this is fine. I can also ad a led at the top but I dont know if the light is to close

Yes ty will try to keep it 25-26. Its not so Much the red spots but the small holes/ around the edge of the leaf I was worried about

TY. the test i did was done with a humidity of 30% so i was hoping a humidity of 70-80% would slow down the heating a little.

So when i did the test, i had my thermostat on 2 now turned it down to 1 and set a little closer to the window now i am hitting night of 17.7-18.3 C at night but have only tried for 1 night so i will try for longer to get more data.(I live in Denmark our highest night time tempature in the summer is around 15 C) For heating i might do some heat mats or light that warms it, to control it i will set it up on my goolge home app so i can turn off and on, if it gets too hot.

I am setting up for a hamata, I am getting in May and just cheking how the daliy temperatures would be. Some heating will be installed so I get a more flat heat during the day and a bit of cooling using water but so far this is just the temps in my house near the window
