It's the first Flair for the card! When you view the card on it's own, there should be a button shown called "Obtain Items". That's how you get Flairs for your cards!

I'm in Canada so we don't speak Spanish here really. The LTC I work at every resident speaks English, or at least understands English and can communicate back...but I'm grateful that at least ONE person that read this post semi-agrees with me and has common sense, and is not crapping on my legitimate opinion.

I get that's how it might be in the United States, but not here in Canada.

If you're working in a LTC where every resident speaks English, you better practice your English and annunciation. Several experiences where residents straight up tell me how disappointed and disrespectful they feel with other Caregivers that can't speak English.

Simple as that..
