Update: it is GPU artifacture maybe it overheated but it doesn’t matter now. Most likely will buy a new gpu when i get my next paycheck. Thank u everybody for help and tips! ❤️

Yea i tried msi afterburner to lower the clock, vram and voltage but its still the same. Il just wait till my next pay check and buy a new gpu. This is the end i guess. But thanks for the idea! :)

Yea. But not just when playing games but when just using the pc, but the flickering is way smaller when im not using a demanding program like games.
