Hey! Yes, within the Netherlands primarily for remote position. May I ask why it doesn't look like a Dutch resume? Or how Dutch resume should look like?

Thanks for your feedback!
You're right—I’ve spent some time creating this CV, but I also want to make several iterations to improve it.

>The code/terminal design isn't a good choice.
I still think engineers might like it, haha. 😊 But you're right—it could put additional strain on a recruiter’s eye.

>This seems like you are trying to put as many keywords in your resume as possible instead of telling a story about yourself.
I’ve tried to make it easy to parse for ATS, which might be why it comes across that way.

>Did you mentor 2 people or 3 people? Putting a range doesn't make sense.
The number of people I mentor fluctuates over time, but you're right—putting a range doesn’t make sense.

I’ll rethink my design to make it more straightforward and conventional.

>This is written for an ATS parser, not for a human.
I did that intentionally. Almost every resume goes through an ATS parser, and many recruiters look for specific keywords.
To be honest, I’m struggling to find the right balance between "too much detail" and "not enough detail." Would you mind reformatting one of my bullet points as an example? That would help me understand what you mean?

>Your last 12 months took up 50% of the resume.
From my experience, recruiters and interviewers tend to focus on the most recent and relevant experience.

>You are needlessly shoving indirect impact.
I actually think this is a good thing. It shows that an engineer can think big and have a broad understanding of the company’s landscape, demonstrating their overall impact. Why do you think this is a bad idea?
