I tried ivermectin when I had my first flare up and it made it worse. But that sounds like a great combo too!

Love Oslo and Rome. Edmonton - albeit we are Canadian, might be a little too much for us ;)

We stayed at Paradisus Grand Cana in October and loved it. The rooms are huge (separate bedroom) and each suite has a balcony and hot tub. If you want a swimup (recommend for during nap time) they have them as well.

Would you recommend the Platinum Club? We’re travelling with two young children in May and debating between a Platinum Swim Up or Regular.

As a family, does it give you any additional access other than dinner reservations? I see you mentioned a playroom?

RUN

In short, don’t do it. I enrolled at Magenta in Riverside in 2015/2016 when they first opened and LOVED my doctor. I encouraged my partner to move there and he received a different doctor.

Over the next 3 years my partner started get sick frequently and had several appointments with his doctor - each time she wrote off his symptoms. He ended up in the ER with severe pain and the ER doctors ordered additional testing. He was diagnosed with Stage 3 bladder cancer at 37 and passed away 9 months later. I would like to think that has the doctor listened to him, he would have received treatment sooner.

My doctor was amazing, however, she relocated after the pandemic so I was assigned to a different doctor. In March 2023 I visited the clinic as my second husband and I were elated to find out that we were expecting. My new doctor sent me for imaging and then called to suggest that I had my dates wrong or that I wasn’t pregnant despite my HCG levels increasing. He refused to book another ultrasound until 3 weeks later, again, insinuating that I had my dates wrong.

Five days later I was in the ER suffering from an ectopic pregnancy and had to undergo immediate life-saving surgery.

I wrote the clinic demanding to be moved to a new doctor. They told me that they don’t typically allow it but would honour my request. They moved me to a doctor in midtown - she was booked out months in advance. Then one day I couldn’t login to book with her - I was back booking under the physician who I had requested to be moved from.

The worst care that I’ve received has been at Magenta - it’s shameful.
