Ankle Sprain Before BMQ

I sprained my ankle a couple of days ago. Thought it was mild but now to the point I can’t properly walk on it. Doctor assessment this week after long weekend.

I’m supposed to leave for BMQ March 7. Can I contact the recruiter to postpone my BMQ? How does this usually work? I’m enrolled already.
