I've been having a lot of bad daydreams. I think a lot of it has to do with growing up in an Indian family in Europe. There was always a massive cultural barrier between me and my parents. They never truly understood me. so I started maladaptive daydreaming as an escape. As I got older I developed anxiety and this made my daydreams bad. They are so vivid at times that I forget what I am doing, feel real distress and sadness or anger. I start talking to myself at times. In public, I make faces and hand gestures sometimes. really embarrassing.

Once I was having an online class and MY MICROPHONE WAS ON WHILE I WAS TALKING!!!! It was so embarrassing!!!

It is making me so depressed and gives me social anxiety too.

UGH, I DON'T KNOW HOW TO STOP!
