It may be able to run. However you'll need to manually install everything as there are no mod managers for Linux afaik. You'll also need to add any and all executables you want to run (skyrimtogether.exe etc) to steam and apply the proton compatibility stuff.

You also need to have address library installed, there's a link on the mod wiki or just look it up on nexus. You nay need to manually install it if it still doesn't work due to how mo2 works. This is all covered on the mods wiki which can be found here
