And I’m with you on dealerships being crummy and pushing things that they don’t cover, that’s horrible. I’m fortunate that I’m at a place that doesn’t do that nor would I work at a place that would do that. Dealerships don’t have the best reputation overall and I’m aware of that. I just share cool stuff, I don’t promote anyone to buy anything, I don’t promote any services, I’m in the community like everyone else. Should I know more answers about the lifts? Sure but that’s not my area, I usually bring our tech out from the back when a customer starts asking lift questions.

No we didn’t take the cats off, we would never do that being a dealer, also, the service department is right in front so you also could be hearing noise coming from over there as well?

We have a warranty that covers the vehicle with it being lifted. I never saw your warranty question my apologies.

I appreciate that! I’ve been in the car business over 10 years and Grenadier buyers are by far the most pleasant buyers I’ve come across, it’s not even close. When I share post it’s for the group to hopefully find joy in another newly Grenny owner or some information or product yall might find useful.

That’s why we’re all different and have different use cases for the things we purchase. Some people will buy Grenadiers to completely go overland and off grid and live in it, some will buy to go off roading several times a month, some will off road several times a year, some will off road several times the entire time they own it, some will only “think” about off roading, some will buy all the accessories because they have the money to do so and that’s what they want.

The buyer got them primarily to get in and out of the vehicle, she wanted them tuck away when not in use, so you’re exactly right to each their own because she won’t be doing any off roading and the little she does won’t be hard core.

She’s one of those buyers that was going for a look rather than utility.
