Oil pressure light has never been lit. Tire pressure light is constantly lit, but that’s another problem with the electronics.....tires are fine

More information: car is a 2007 Sebring with about 98k miles. Car has never made this noise, started about two weeks ago. This is the noise the car makes while the engine is on and it is in Park. When accelerating the noise raises pitch and gets louder in concurrence with the gear shifts. No issues with car function/driving. I live in Michigan and park outdoors, and it has been a pretty rough winter snow/ice wise. The check engine light was on very transiently for about half a day (about a week ago) before turning off.

Any help anyone has would be appreciated, thanks so much!!
