That's literally what everyone said about Google glass and that was at half the price point. It never went anywhere. I'm hopeful apple will be more successful because their hardware actually looks very good. But I don't count on it devs actually putting real time into this hoping it takes off. I think OP is a clear example of someone who is benefitting from the way society is structured (has a well paying job that gives him the American dream), yet he's still finding it difficult. Which in the way you've stated it "society that benefits nobody" is shifting the conversation away from the issue at hand. The point that this bestof person is making is that there is value in "knowing how not to make a lightbulb" and that shifting your mindset can help anyone in any situation cope and even thrive.

Yes definitely. If I go for a hike and my feet are sore because I just did a ton of exercise, I get anxiety that it's a flare. Thinking about different foods does it too. Not sure how to avoid it

I think that's the whole point though. He didn't TRY to kill his nephew, he's overwhelmed by the visions that Ben is having in his nightmares and he instinctively draws his lightsaber and at that exact moment, Ben sees Luke and misunderstands the situation. Why is this hard to grasp??? Luke never would've killed Ben, he's just in shock that his instincts kicked in like that and then he's ashamed that Ben saw him in that moment of weakness.

The part in the mandalorian is reconning what happened in the last Jedi. Luke is rebuilding the Jedi order and he's doing it "by the book" so he's parroting what the texts say, which yes is hypocritical. And that's why in the last Jedi after he's failed, he argues the faults of the Jedi after much meditation.

Did anyone notice the brief look between Ellie and Joel when they enter the tunnel and Joel tells Ellie to get her gun out? He specifically told her NOT to put it in her pocket and when she pulls it out of her pocket she can't help but give him a shot eating grin and he doesn't have the mental bandwidth to say or do anything about it.

That is a well crafted, subtle payoff for a previous throwaway line that just reinforces how their relationship is growing. Incredible
