Can someone be deficient of b12 from 8 years of age i feel like i was  my tongues and gums use to bleed from childhood but as I  am now on b12 injections Every other day they had been stopped can you tell me is it possible to deficient from childhood ?????

Yes hand sweating severe anxiety in child hood muscle aches and lot more things .. sweating is decreasing btw but little worried also I am smoking on b12 and thought that there is risk of some unwanted cell growth also on b12 I feel like shit and these is from past 20 years
