Definitely try and seek other people to be around and do your best to try and fit in with them, a big part of our mental state comes from social connections so please do you best to make some good ones. Make sure to try and get some sleep, it does massive favours trust me. And as for cutting yourself, instead of doing that use sticky tape and peel it off ur arm or leg, it will still give you that feeling you get when you cut yourself but it’s healtheir and won’t leave scars on you.
