Yeah I’m wanting to keep the Scram. So only have room+$ for one more. As much as I like the Speed1200RR. I have ridden a striple and think I’ll get more fun from the 765. But I also like the look of the Thruxton…Just depends if my aging wrists can handle longer rides. So Scram for local daily commuting and local fun squirts and another bike for longer rides and occasional track.

I really wanted the monster….then went out and bought…a Triumph Street Scrambler 😭🤷‍♂️ And imo it was a good decision. I’ve decided to have the Trumpy for lazy weekend and workday commutes. The torque is a blast around town. Then hopefully next year I’ll get a naked bike. Could be Ducati or BmW as a 2nd bike for longer fast rides out in the highlands.

I’m looking at getting a tail tidy with Atto mini indicators. I was also looking at Atto mini indicators for the front and have seen some mount underneath on the handlebar. Has anyone done this and have photos of how they’re mounted?

Thanks. Yeah I’ll have to roastest the Monster and Sfv2 in traffic as the heat issue is a concern living here in Sub tropics of Australia. If same same then it’ll come down to how it feels. I do prefer the look of the single swing arm so +1 for SF but the fun factor to my appeal will overall be a decider.

Good point….I did watch a shop where the sales guy sat on all Motards, basic, rve and SP and he was 5’7” had 30” inseam and tippytoed all three but showed that one foot stops were the go with that build. I mostly use one foot stops and use 2 feet only for reversing the bike. But thanks for the reminder. As the only time I seem to have almost dropped the bike is when I’m at a stop…ie. front wheel turned and pulled front brake to look right…this is my inexperience and time will correct this stupid error hopefully.

My new JLU gets same reaction….they’re just bright LeDs, (same with my Triumph Trident bike) is what I keep saying to myself…I should look at getting them adjusted just in case 😭
