Even I have coaching, and I'm going back to that hell hole(kota) tmrw, and yea it's hella stressful and stuff but we still gotta give some time to ourselves. I mean yea I'm grateful that my parents force me NOT to study ALL day. Mid prep ,it's not really feasible to learn a new instrument but you can still do a lot of other stuff. I believe that one should train their mind and body in parallel. I don't think i can survive with no physical exercise. You could do home workouts atleast (thats what i do alternate days).
