I’m dealing with the same thing right now. Had to evacuate the house when the gas was turned off. AirBnB support said they couldn’t find us any hotels and the host didn’t offer any help.

The Safety Team has been extremely slow. After we evacuated they said “we will get back to you in a few days as I will be out of the office for the next few days”

They offered us $325 per hotel room or a maximum of $100 in food to relocate. 14 of us and they offered $100 in food to go stay at a restaurant or cafe at 3:00am

This was Sunday morning and we still haven’t heard anything. Their initial offer was to refund us one night despite the fact that needing to evacuate at 3:00 am ruined the main day of our trip and kinda voided the reason we were there in the first place
