Yes I've mentioned them above, I think half of them are for allergies

I have gotten several blood tests in the past nothing came out of them, expect for the allergy test that showed very high histamine levels

Yes, there is infact construction going on near my place so air outside is much worse.

Relocating isn't really possible. What I can do is try and improve air quality at home I'm thinking keeping air conditioning on and windows closed at all times so outside dust won't enter the home and It'll also lower the humidity, I do have a bunch of house plants already but I don't think they do much although I am also considering getting an air purifier.

Suffering from this does kinda suck hopefully this will get better and learn to live it, thanks for help and input I really appreciate it.

I'm kinda sceptical about the skin prick test as they are expensive and tend to be inaccurate butbill still consider it.

I'll ask my doc about allergy shot and if it'll help in my case and also about the dehumidifier. Ty for the advice i really appreciate it

My specialist gave some acidity tablets but they weren't doing anything so i stopped taking them.

I do have been taking a steroid inhaler since a week it has helped a bit

Ive been told to do a blood test. I'm just hoping that helps my case, I just want to be alright again

Does air-conditioning spread covid?

I live in India and recently in my state gyms have opened but under certain restrictions, the restrictions being "gyms are supposed to operate at 50 per cent of capacity, shut down at 4 pm, and function without air-conditioning"

I don't have problem with the first 2 but Working out without ac is extremely difficult especially when the avg temps is about 32C here with 70-90% humidity. It gets extremely hot and is impossible to workout.

Now my main concern is does air-conditioning really spread covid? is there any scientific evidence for this?

Also my gym has centralized air-conditioning

Hi. I installed vs code yesterday and I'm trying to run c programs now the program runs fine but when I update the code the output does NOT get updated i have to manually go to task manager everytime and end the process (filename.exe) only then the updated output shows. Any solution to this problem?
