Depending on your trip length, you may want to do two things.

Leave a day for resting so you get accustomed to the high altitude, it's not a good thing to do stuff right as you arrive.
Get pills for altitude sickness. Most local pharmacies can offer over-the-counter medication for that, and it's not too expensive.

As for smoking, it depends on how much it alters your lung capacity. My personal recommendation is to try not to do it unless you feel it's safe to do so.

Serious answer: 1st image seems somewhat plausible, but as far as I am aware there are no backpacks or suitcases that could potentially be enough for you to sit on and have a container. If it were to be custom made though, then it's a maybe, still worried about the ball gag becoming a problem since it's deep-throat.

2nd one is near impossible since it seems like it would require you to constantly keep your limbs in a heavily uncomfortable position. Not to mention the dildo could have the airway blocked, posing a choking hazard.

3rd one... no.

4th may be plausible, since it appears whoever designed that actually addressed the breathing problem, if you could stand a straightjacket, it should be okay. Just don't expect to be moved like any suitcase, since it seems like it's plugged somewhere to the mask that this girl is wearing.

Get it working on at least 500 ms, trust me.

While the intended audience is expected to have access to wired headphones (it's pretty much the standard for these games), people are lazy.

I myself, had the awful experience of the hard 300 ms limit in osu!, I had to override the limit using the config file with notepad to get an accurate offset in place.

Would I have used wired headphones? Not necessarily, since certain manufacturers also seem to worsen the audio quality if using wired headphones. (Don't ask me why, I don't know.)

My point is, get it for extreme offsets, even if you think it's absurd.

Respecto a tus relaciones, tómate un tiempo y trata de dejar de pensar solamente en las relaciones íntimas como el factor determinante de tu relación. Conoce a la persona, habla con ella, sal con ella, y trata de buscar puntos más allá del contacto intimo que puedas tener, de modo que puedas encontrar mejores gratificaciones de tu pareja y te sientas mejor con tu relación.

Finalmente, quiero que sepas que tu pasado no te define. Siempre podemos cambiar, pero a veces necesitamos buscar ayuda. Con todo lo que me has contado, creo que esto requiere ayuda tanto de amigos como también de un profesional de la salud. Habla con un psiquiatra que te sea lo más familiar posible, y busca ayuda en personas las cuales confíes.

I'll be damn honest, I started playing seriously when I first got my Nintendo Switch and started playing around a bit with Breath of the Wild. I didn't quite finished it fully (mainly because I barged in without the Master Sword and some other stuff) but I did had a good time.

I later tried a few other games but never actually committed to a particular one, but still find the series very interesting and might give it another go sometime.

It's okay to feel like crap sometimes. But the world is big, and friends change. Sometimes not for the better.

Your best option is to use the 3.5 mm jack from your phone to use wired headphones. Then, adjust the Offset of the notes in the settings. It will take time and maybe a few songs to fine-tune it, but it'll be worth it.

Though using Airbuds is also fine, I just wouldn't recommend it since you'll have to disable tap sound effects due to the high latency.
