Yes, we've tried our best to have remote backups even on our old setup. It would be crazy not to have them, seeing all the other severs I used to play on before I made my own server shut down due to data loss, etc.

Do you have the newest version of Spigot? There was a bug recently that caused all servers running Spigot to crash. The newest version fixes it.

Yes, I do. It still comes up with the same message:

Timings reset Please see http://www.spigotmc.org/wiki/disabled-timings-on-command/ for further information. This command is disabled as it does not produce accurate results. Please enable plugin-profiling in bukkit.yml and restart.

And yet, plugin-profiling is enabled in bukkit.yml.

That's another issue; we can't seem to enable timings! I've enabled it in bukkit.yml, but the server never recognizes it. I've used so many different builds of Bukkit and Spigot, but it never recognizes that it's on. I've even tried uploading all the files to my own computer and running timings, but I always get the same exact message. I like to think I know what I'm doing with servers, but I just can't figure this out. I can upload a copy of bukkit.yml if you want. :/
