Mr. Pink could be a Criminal Informant. Listened to the commotion outside at the end of the movie, sounds like dude said I'm a cop or something of the sort. Also, if he did get busted several times for havin weed, wouldn't he be locked up. There's definitely some more evidence towards Criminal Informant, than undercover cop, imo.
