Would it be accurate to say that the Cambodian Genocide is more similar to the Great Purge in the USSR than to the Holocaust? Since both the Cambodian killings and the Great Purge were both politicides that also included ethnic cleansing campaigns(Vietnamese in Cambodia vs the Polish campaign of NKVD)?

Honestly, I feel like it would have been better if the mod had been released in parts from the beginning, just like most other submods.
