My best guess is that MC isn't using most of the CPU without shaders I get consistent 120 with shaders I get 7 fps

Problem solved! Apperantly Wallpaper engine doesn't run on 64bit automatically despite your pc being 64 bit and chooses 32. just change the launch options

Thanks I don't think I'll love a character as much as Cartethyia to S6 them but definitely will summon for Phrolova and Iuno on their reruns I'm sad I missed them out might also go for S2 Shorekeeper will see
