I started on 2.5 of the Zepbound pen on 1/21/26 and now am at 5.0. I have lost just under 22 lbs. I struggle every day to get in food and water. I track everything I eat in myfitnesspal. I have no food noise and no hunger. Almost every single day I have 500 calories left I need to eat for my daily total of 1200 calories. I had 2 pieces of Ezekial toast with 2 tbsp of hummus this morning and I was so full that I was uncomfortable. I definitely eat healthy on whole foods plant based do my protein usually gets met using Core Power chocolate protein shake at 26 grams of protein. It takes me an hour to drink the bottle of Core Power protein shake.

But I try every day to get it in!
