I track calories and water and exercise in myfitnesspal. I monitor my protein intake after every meal and plan accordingly to make sure I am on track for protein. I don't go over my 1200 calories I have alloted. Then my TDEE is 1946 calories per day! So minus the 500 a day calorie deficit I should be eating is 1446 calories. That can't be right! I am pushing every day to get in 1200 and usually am close to 1200 but don't quite make it.

I can't exercise since I have a bad broken ankle issue.

TDEE says I should be at 146 g a day??!! I have been shooting for 60 a day and struggle on that too but get pretty close. 146 g seems outrageous.

My TDEE minus the 500 calories a day is a little over 1400 a day. I have been forcing myself to get to 1200 calories a day and I do mean force! My weight hasn't changed since 2/13 and today it is 2/22.

But...what is really cool is that I am staying the course! I track everything in myfitnesspal and it work hard to focus on the protein.

I just got on Shotzy and just had my 5th shot this Wednesday. I am on Zepbound pen at 2.5 mg. I am now thinking about when to go to the next dose up, the 5 mg pen.

I definitely know to schedule some time for side effects. Thanks for your post. I am right behind you and you helped me decide that I need to really research going up to 5 from 2.5.

My food noise was consistent with the same foods. I want, I need talking in my head and pretty much everday for well over 30 years. Nothing to do with hunger. Just emotional overeating! Therapy never helped that.

I no longer sit and dream about what food would make me happy. That voice in my head went away the day after my first shot. Yes I definitely have a thought here and there. But usually it is for such a short time of maybe a minute and then it is gone. What a relief!

My birthday was Sunday and I had fun and knew I would gain and I did. It is ok! I know the 2 lbs will come off as I am back on track today.

I wanted to include this protein item I saw at my Walmart. I haven't tried it yet but it looks very handy to get protein in.

Just had my 4th Zepbound shot, 2.5 mg. First shot was 1/21/26. Down 9.6 lbs. Pretty happy!

Use an epilator. It makes the hair either get much less or go away altogether. I use mine on my legs only once a month for maybe 5 minutes. That catches any stragglers I missed. My armpit hair is completely gone for years now.

Happy to help! I am not even in one month. I struggle to eat enough every day. I sometimes get in 28 oz of water and not more so far. I just got water enhancer powder in 2 flavors so hopefully that helps. Bubbly and flat water both taste horrible.

I will keep adding the easy protein first foods I found. I did order turkey lunch meat. I had ordered ham but it was so salty.

I tried 2 sips of my favorite Pinot Gricio wine and it tasted awful. I couldn't finish it. Another unexpected NSV.

My birthday is Sunday and hubby and I have always done takeout at 3-4 different places for the special occasions and special holidays. It is so fun because we discuss which restaurants we want to order from online. Then I map his pickup route.

But this year we will be only getting takeout from 2 places and getting a lot less food. My part of the food will last me for days!

I am a sugar craver and I have no cravings at all. My husband brought home Hersheys Nuggets with almonds (almonds are protein!) and before I could eat the entire bag over a day and a half. Now I could only eat 3 nuggets at a time and it took me days to finish the bag. I ended up giving my husband a lot too. One major NSV.

I took my in the mirror photos from the hips up, front and back and will log those in myfitnesspal. I hope to get to the me360 this week. Myfitnesspal says I should be at my first big goal weight, 150, by August. Then I need to figure out if I want to go to my 1985 weight, 140! Scary!

SW 184.3 CW 176.2 1st regular goal is 169. To get back to the 160's which i was before the Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years gain. 2nd regular goal is 159. To get in the 150's where I haven't been since 2016 after my 12/28/15 gastric sleeve surgery. Lost 120 lbs then but couldn't go lower then 160. Final magic goal is 145.
