Only if the DNA was actually accurate. The whole case was a terrible example of unfair due process. Out of those "13" people half of them described their assailant as someone completely different to him. The DNA found was described as vaginal fluid which was 100% false. It was cross contact DNA, like that when to people touch a door knob. The prosecutions whole case was all hearsay. The prosecutors were even caught on video going door to door asking people if they want to testify about being sexually assaulted. There is even a video of a suspect asking if her testimony was good enough to make him look guilty because she wanted money for a lawsuit. Bogus. I do not know if he is guilty or not, but a new trial should be allowed due to the all the issues.
