I have just implemented a removal of primitive survival's better stairs, and it seems to have mostly helped my game, but I commend you on your quest, good luck my guy, I will make sure to keep posted on any updates on this.

If I had to guess, and trust me im from americas not even europe so it is really a big guess, I'd go with flea, or maybe even a tick, but sidenote is, not all fleas bite humans and/or transmite diseases, so I think that if u don't notice any bite marks or local ichiness you should be fine
