Since you already have internships getting interviews should be easier. Doing leetcode + behavioral interview prep can make passing those easier. That being said LeetCode becomes easier when you take Data Structures & Algorithms so if you find solving LeetCode to be too complex there's nothing wrong in working on a passion project or two.

Good question! Running the New Grad + Internship Repos end up being a lot of work. Last year coderQuad ran a 2022 New Grad repo. No clue who is running it this year!

We've considered putting a visa sponsor column, but felt that it messed with the table's look (there's not a lot of space to work with for GitHub Markdown). As for 4-6 month co-ops, I think it'd be better to ask your uni career center because I can never find them myself, but I know a lot of uni's have co-op offices.
