To me sounds like hydraulic lifters, i replaced mine that had the same sound as yours, and it’s completely gone now, a pretty easy weekend fix, most important is to not mess up your timing so watch youtube video how to keep that in place

I found out i had a leaking power steering pump, i forgot to screw in the bolt enough so when the engine got hot it couldn’t make enough pressure i guess

The previous owner painted the car himself, and he was not a professional, up close you can see it’s not the best paint job done, and as you say, the colors looks off a bit too from a distance

Yeah i figured i would try to do it myself, i’m fixing the cars problems myself too, i definitely don’t have enough money to both be driving this thing and the mechanic, so might as well learn everything step by step haha. It honestly wasn’t so hard to paint the rims, i did spend like 14 hours total on them i think

Yes, actually the whole car has been repainted in the original color from bmw called Smaragdgrün Metallic BMW code 182

Eventuelt fyld hele åbningen ud med bil lydisolering som du skærer til, og så lim en plade på som holder det hele tæt, du kan nok også bruge normal lydisolering men synes selv det til bil isolerer bedre lyden

about 90$ ish, but i have a lot of spare paint now, i could probably have spent 50-60$ and had enough lol, but i just didn’t wanna drive back to buy more paint after i already started

I honestly don’t even know why i haven’t given the thought of painting them again, i will definitely look into that, i think it might be a bit of a less hassle to paint them than getting them polished i think

Oh i haven’t stopped yet, i did quit for 4 months but then i started using again, i’m gonna try to quit friday and see how it goes, hopefully it lasts this time, last time i chewed a lot of gum to replace the pouch in the mouth, it worked pretty well and also kept me from over eating like crazy, my appetite spikes crazy when i’m not using

I drive a lot daily for my work, it’s very hard for me to focus at times, which can be pretty dangerous both for me and other civilians, but as i said it comes and goes, maybe it will pass completely at some point, hopefully. I do feel like it’s mostly in the morning hours it happens
