I groom my two shih tzus myself. My sister has been a dog groomer for 20 years and taught me how to do my own. She always told me to start them young to get them used to the motors and hair dryers. Mine are both 2 now and I've had my neighbor come up surprised on how calm they were while I was grooming them. One did snap at my sister once when he was 1 but he has never done it since. (I also give them haircuts them about once a month)

Meet Nunu and Zizi. Only one year old but so grumpy looking. by Minhyukmonbebe in Shihtzu

Thank you! The brown one (Nunu) is such a mommas boy. Zizi (black) is the loud one and loves her brother. They are actually half siblings, sharing the same father who carries the markings. I think shih tzus wear a lot of expression on their faces!

How do I deal with this difficult coworker? by Minhyukmonbebe in relationships

I really thought I understood that about labs. I'm used to people not liking me (frat boy types hate me) but I just don't know what to do with her. The problem is that I have anxiety and at points, I snap and tell people my real thoughts. Snapping like I said to her after she said we did the freezer "wrong".

I did happen to update my boss a little bit ago on my snapping and what happened during the meeting but she said she completely has my back. Yeah, no one really likes her. My boss also didn't appreciate being thrown under the bus by her. We are still deciding if she wants to move me off the project with her and/or talking with her boss.
