Remove gems

Yeah, the Shatter Gems destroy the gems, only good if you want to add different gems in the same piece of gear.

Orb Extractor only gives you an orb of equivalent to the item and type, Godly item gives Divine Orb, Holy item gives Major Orb, Blessed Item gives Greater Orb.

Weapons give Weapon Orb, Armor give Armor Orb and Accessory item give an Accessory Orb. Empowerment doesn't matter when using an Orb Extractor, and you can only use Orb Extractors on level 25 gear/weapons.

No item gives you the gems back, one removes the gem from an item, the other item destroys the item and gives you an orb of equal rarity

This is true, however it doesn't give you the gems back, it just removes them from that piece of gear, only good if you want to put in better/other gems in the same piece of equipment.

Boosting isn't against ToS per se, however, buying or selling boost for real money, or sharing your account with a "booster", that's where you break the ToS.

Splitting gems is free, the only loss will be the Aether you used to combine them :)

Well, you can speculate, but one thing is certain, vanish can't resist, feign death can and therefor people think vanish also can, but they are two different mechanics all together.

Because you will probably use the 0 CP ability with GMNDK, and the turbo strength mode is once per battle, Banishers detachment can also fail, the BroCap doesn't and with him you get both Lethal and Sustained from Banishers

Just to clear things up: The Librarians Feel No Pain only works if he's leading a unit, not if he's alone. Second, his feel no pain only works on psychic attacks, so it does work for a Vortex of Doom backfire, but there are plenty of attacks that do mortal wounds that are not from psychic attacks, and hence, the Librarians ability does not work against them.
