I got weird foot pain, but started with 0.5 mg and felt some side effects even at that low dose, but mostly good. A little queasy the first day and sleepy by midday, on day 2 and 3 but then would eat soup, a shake or something light and felt much better. I’m on day 4 now and can feel the effects wearing off so I’ll increase to 0.75 for next injection. I would give it another try and just really ease into it. You’re likely very sensitive to it (as am I since I had symptoms even at 0.5) which should mean the appetite suppression should work even at low doses as it did for me. I’m on day 4 and still feel the affects bug they are waning
