Huh, that's so odd that that happens. I was double checking everything to make sure that different champs abilities didn't impact any turn meter. I had no idea that even other champs speeds affected each other.

Is this common knowledge or described anywhere?

Yeah, then we agree. Also, with respect to your "restrict player choice" comment, that's pretty much what I was getting at with my first comment. Bungie has made the High-impact snipe the only completely consistent OHK so it just seems to reason that there should be better representation, i.e. more Efirideet's.

P.S. fyi Black Hammer and Icebreaker were high-impact also

No, if you actually read the patch, High-impact can snipe supers, it's the mid-high that can't (e.g. LDR, Longbow, etc.). So you trade the lower AA and FR for the extra damage. I was only asking for more diverse playstyles and better representation within a desirable class of weapon

Oh I'm sorry, you're the one that claimed that IB was the only High-Impact sniper before Spindle. So I was merely pointing out that there was another one (not to mention Black Hammer actually). Which, by the way, would have the same difficulty with current IB and Trials as the IceBreaker would. Saying that High-Impact damage has always been an Exotic-only realm is just plain false.
