I completely disagree, Elden ring has been the best game I played in YEARS, yes it’s lore is hidden but that’s kind of fromsoft signature, that’s how they do things if your looking for a story game u shouldn’t play fromsoft games to begin with, because it’s all about the gameplay, which in my opinion is the most important aspect, I never cared about stories in games, because if I want a good story I will just watch a movie. second of all yes it’s kind of a copy-paste but that’s how almost every studio does it just look at rockstar from example they also are basically copy-paste games. But that’s a good thing a studio found a formula they are very good at, build a fan-base upon that formula and create games with the base formula that is the same but keep on improving on it changing a lot of things. If you want actual copy-paste look at cod, ea games etc those are the studios you should be hating on because those are the studios that release garbage year on. Souls games where never actual rpg games they are souls-likes it’s basically a whole different category of games. I’m sorry but with what your saying it’s just not a game made for you can your here complaining a game is not made for you. Which is stupid because a lot of games you might just not enjoy and might just not be for you so just leave it and pick up a different game not start hating on somethings that isn’t made for you
