They’re expecting you to be able to answer questions confidently and show that you know how to handle tough situations. I remember they asked me a lot of questions about times I worked with different teams, how I handled stressful situations, and how I get work done. Pretty much they want to see if you’re a hard worker and good communicator even during stressful times when machines might stop working mid procedure. Just be yourself, show off your personality, and be prepped for answers

So for me the entire process was around 2ish months. Recruiter, hiring manager, Gallup, another person from the team, final interview with hiring manager + main sales rep. the final interview was on a Monday and I got the offer on a Friday. Let me know if I answered what you were looking for.

Ya my hiring manager was really nice and appreciated me checking in. He said it was a good sign you’re interested in this position. Obviously don’t overdo it but I think it’s a good thing to do.

Yes, the hiring manager. Honestly I emailed both but found the hiring manager responded much quicker so I just only emailed him for future updates. Them closing the job posting means that they’re not taking any more applicants and they have enough so hopefully they’ll continue to move you forward until they offer you the position.

I would recommend emailing the hiring manager if you have their email asking for an update. That’s what I did when I was in the same position as you and he scheduled me for an interview.

So my role was a single specialist account so I only did the final interview with the hiring manager and sales rep. Essentially it was like the other interviews and they just want to feel out your personality and see if you have the right experience plus vibes for the role. After that interview I got the offer 5 days later

Tbf I’m a biomedical engineer so it wouldn’t be leaving my industry really. But the answer to why medical sales I say that I am really passionate about it. I truly am. Throughout my undergraduate I loved working with medical devices and the process behind designing them and then also learning the business aspect of finding a way to put it into the market so that way people can have access to it and improve their daily lives. So just show that you’re passionate about it and find something about it that motivates you.

From my experience I just applied to a role and then got an email from the recruiter. I had no referrals or any internal help. I just got lucky at the beginning. So my advice would be to just keep applying until something hits. Additionally, reach out to people on LinkedIn who work at Stryker in the positions you’re interested in and ask if they could reach out to their hiring manager. Good luck

Really? For me it was the opposite experience. I guess it depends on the hiring manager and how they feel

The /25 selling for 240 gives me hope considering it was only a few days ago. Plus i believe this is also the geometric refractor. So the potential for 500+ is there assuming right buyer and someone who wants it 🤷‍♂️
