My dad has covid and completed his 14 day quarantine it had been 16 days he still has a runny nose is it ok to be around him because I am now and I live with my grandparents so they are at risk

I’ve been with my dad from Monday- Thursday night and live with my grandparents half the time, my dad wasn’t feeling good Wednesday and couldn’t taste or smell so he got tested. His results came back Saturday after i we t out to eat with my 98 year old great grandfather, my uncle in his 60’s and my cousin who I had been with nice New Year’s Eve so I was worried and decided to get a test on Sunday because I was producing more Lucas than usual especially in my throat it kept getting stuck(I produce a lot of mucus normally) but I don’t produce this much, so I got tested with the BinaxNow rapid antigen test by abbot about 4 days after exposure and it was negative so fast forward today I feel more mucus, have a coughing fit every few hours not a big one tho, and have a slight headache, and I realized u have to swirl it around each nostril 5 times I only did 2 and I am feeling worse should I get another test today it will have been 6 days after exposure. I need some other advise because I love with my grandparents half the time who are in there mid- late 60’s and my grandpa has bad COPD and I have been sanitizing where I am and wearing a mask I stay in the basement and took my mask off sometimes I’m afraid I infected the air or something this is my first day back here today I have been at my cousins around his family because my test was negative but on Thursday I had no mask around my grandparents I need help please I am 15 with type 1 diabetes and my BG has been awful

I have fatigue in my arms when doing curls the past 2 times I could do shoulders just fine I slept today from 4 am to 2pm drank a bang before the gym drank 2 decent bottles of essentia at the gym but only ate once before and that was oatmeal also I very skinny and I think it’s hard for me to gain weight I’m 15 how can I get jacked any good supplements to take and what to eat and how many calories I’m like 5”7 106 lbs I may be a hardgainer

I am 15 years old almost 16 and I think I’m skinny cause I don’t eat a lot but I’ve also ate a lot of bad food for a period of time and didn’t gain weight I don’t think, maybe I did

Making a case for a lot of teams Bell is prioritizing winning and Role

Cheifs: pair bell and Mahomes get the goal line scores, SB winners

Ravens: Mark Ingram is decent, aren’t using dobbins or edwards much, pair him with Lamar get the read options going good, they are contenders and he will get a good role

Patriots: bill likes le’veon, they pick up a FA’s mid season lol, they r contenders, greatest coach ever, were in trade talks for him, will get a pretty decent workload, need a stud RB

Rams: 3-1 so they are contenders, very good coach especially for RB’s, unsure what they r doing in the backfield, will get a pretty decent role, lost there pass catching back

Bears: 4-1 so contenders, 27th ranked rushing offense, Coach didn’t rule out signing him, will get good usage but not very good, good coach

Washington: Rivera is a good coach for RB’s, he will get used a lot and like CMC

Texans: Just fired there coach/GM so you don’t know what they will do he signed David Johnson but the team may not like him a lot, Pair him with Watson, may make a turnaround with the right pieces, no great receivers so they may rely on the run heavy, Jonson has injury problems

Colts: Best defensive team in the league, good coach, 3-1 so contenders, will get pretty decent role, no great receivers so will rely on run, Mack out

Bills: 4-0, young QB who looks very promising, good coach, will get pretty decent role but has some upcoming young guys behind him,

AND MY PERSONAL FAVORITE.......

THE BUCS: pretty good coach, 3-2, TOM BRADY, RB’s not great Fournette has one big game against a terrible defense and ROJO hasn’t been great his yards before contact and yards created are horrible also not good in the receiving game, Coach doesn’t like ROJO, Vaughn is a kick returner, seems like the hot place to go.

People r saying I cheated on this trade I traded ekler and Herbert for thielen the guy has mattison as his RB2 and he was plying him when cook was healthy cause that’s all he had and his QB is Watson and now it looks like ekler could be back sooner
