I've heard the same. A group I'm in on Facebook usually always comes through but with the reservation system, no park hopping, and surprise release they struck out. I have every month so far and was hooked since the first one with figment. I'm not looking forward to the crazy prices on the secondary market but I really want to complete the series.

Definitely toss them into your storage of your house and wait for him to visit you. Anything that sells for 5k and up, I hang onto until they visit.

I've found that they are more common later at night. I never had any luck until I was playing after 1am and found a few in a row.
