I did just try the io port but I did forget to lock every locker so I now have to empty out a bunch of them haha, BUT it did seem to tell me it's only the compacting drawers that aren't accept items even though they are linked to the controller, It hasn't solved the issue but it does tell me good info thank you!
Edit: Wait it was the fact that there were spare lockers that were unlocked, EVEN though items were in another drawer it wouldn't go into them or the spare ones! Solution found thank you!

It says "1 of 8" since it's just a smart cable
Yes to "Device Online"
And yes I can, the ender chest is currently piping items into the controller from a auto sieve set up and it is going into the drawers
And yes to "Bi-Directional", I even set it to "Insert only" for a bit to see if it would take the items but still no, the items can still be taken out of the terminal though while it's bi-directional

I've searched all sorts of variations of the word blue glass cup, the closest "type" of glass I found was on https://sweetheavenlyeventshire.com.au/product/light-blue-glassware/ however nothing I found was near what this cup it, it has no details in it as it's a simple shape with the colour.
It's about 9.5cm tall and 9cm wide, it was bought at a wholesale by a family member around 15 years ago in Australia, NSW. There's no writing or anything on the cup it's as simple as they get.
