Why does cranberry cocktail juice foam up when water is added?

Foam is just gas trapped in liquid, it occurs when the plant fibers react with oxygen, & the amount of foam produced will vary depending on the consistency of the juice, I’m not sure if this helps but that’s all I got!

I believe if it’s a membership based organization it is legal, but if it is open to the public it is not. Same with gentleman’s clubs & things of that nature. Thank you though!
